STILL NO SERVICE FROM TELKOM

My second complaint on HP. I again had to report the same fault today since Telkom closed the previous ref numbers as being restored, even though nothing has been done yet. I had about 5 calls from Telkom employees since last week asking questions about the faulty line and promises that people will phone me and managers of of the technical dept will contact me. Nothing till today. I wanted to lay a complaint on Telkoms website but it is not allowed, only compliments are allowed.<br> <br> So I am turning to HelloPeter again. This is totally ridiculous how the service from Telkom has gone from bad to worse. <br> <br> We are now seriously considering other opsions even it we have to pay more in the end, at least we will have the service when needed and not just empty promises.<br> <br> Regards
