Still no service delivery
I lodged a complaint on the 9th of November 2015 and i received a response saying the accounts department will get in touch with us but till today nothing has happened, Telkom just gives us a silly response here just to brush us off and make themselves look better. My ref nr is SM165841 . We are expected to pay our monthly bills but we are not even given a time of day when it comes to our grievances.
