Still no service.....

<p>Fast forward a few months and Telkom have still not resolved the issues on my account! I currently "owe" them R2900 for unknown amounts. They seem to be charging me above what was quoted and have thrown in a few additional fees for good measure which I refuse to pay. My original quote was for R988 and I therefore set my debit order limit to R1000. Someone there is still this outstanding amount which they claim I owe. During this process they have been beyond useless in resolving my queries and issues. </p>
