still no service

<p>I am so furious that words cant even explain how i feel right now. I just got and SMS ralating to ref ********** 2 stating that i should rate telkom and that the query is closed.......Who the F*CK said you could close it IT IS NOT RESOLVED. TODAY is a week THIS query is open and NOTHING has been done to rectify this. Telkom is commiting ***** by offering client data and not giving the client the free data as stipulated in your FREEME sms campaign. i even bought the same plan 2 more times in this week to see if i get the free data...............nothing. I will probably get another "general" reply from some data capturer stating my query has been escalated with another useless ref number. Mark my words you have not heard the last of me I WILL TAKE THIS MATTER FURTHER!!!!</p>
