Still no service
<p>it has been aver a month and I still don't have service. I always get told that we will send an email to the department but I still don't get service. The social media people promise to get back to you and they don't even get back to you. Managers don't phone you back. How can they run a busy like that, they don't even provide you with a service. </p>

i would just like to advise you that I am gonna take legal action now as to ahve paid service providers R2500 already for services I cannot use as Telkom have not sort out my line. I have also had my calls cut twice this morning.
No one even bothers to phone an upset client which is even more upsetting then anything else.
