Still no service

<p>When will my line get fixed. I am still waiting since 21 July for them to get to the fault of my adsl line. The technician just say that he doesn't know what the problem can be, and that he doesn't know adsl fault finding. He will contact another person to find out what it can be. Now, 3 days later it seems that none of the technicians know, because nobody has come back to me as to what the next step will be. </p>
