Still no service

<p>After Zane van Vuuren called me Sunday,28 August 2016, he told me again that he will get back to me, as he is actually from a part where the people does not have adsl and he will consult with colleagues to find out how he can test if my adsl line is faulty. Now from 21 July till now I am paying for a line that is faulty and the technician that is sent to my house does not even have the experience on how to check an adsl line. When will this be solved. Everytime they send the same guy with the same excuses. </p> <p> </p>
