Still no service

<p>After my first post about telkom on HelloPeter, I was contacted and told that a technician will come to my house and that he will start fault finding. Yesterday, 26 August 2016, the technician, Fritz Van Vuuren phone and said he is busy checking the line. He struggled and promised me that he will be at my house after 9am on 27 August 2016, as he is working this Saturday and he will do this job first thing when he is in rustenburg as he drives from Zeerust. Now, 13h40, I'm still waiting and am very frustrated with this guy and the service of telkom. He doesn't answer his phone, + ********** 6928, and now it will be 1 month and 6 days from my first call about the adsl line and it is still not sorted. So we is going to pay the bill, because if I don't, you want to take people to court etc to get your money, but where is the ***n service to make the payment worthwhile??? </p> <p> </p>
