Still no service

So I posted a complainton 29 July about non existent service from Telkom - and I actually received a response two days later to say not to worry my complaint has been escalated. REALLY !!!!!!!!!! escalated to where?????? My home line is still not working!!!!!!!!!!!! Does Telkom not want clients
