still no service

about a month and a half ago I filled out an online form to enquire about the application for a landline. after more than a week of no reply i complained on hello peter. thereafter I received application forms that I was suppose to fill out and send back along with supporting documents. note that they did not give me an alternative email address to which I was suppose to forward the application so I just sent it to the address I received the forms from. It has now been a month and I have not yet received ANY feedback from telkom. I honestly don't know if I can even complain about the service I received because I've literally not received service from them
