still no respose and poor service !

I have posted a review on Telkom before in connection with ****** cables that have not been replaced for a month now . I did receive a response from Telkom with the following reference number AI ********** asking for help , but yet even with the necessary information that I did respond with i still received NO REPLY and no help. not to mention the numrious emails i have been sending Telkom and still NO REPLY .
