Still no response from Telkom's billing department

After no luck following the usual Telkom channels to resolve over-billing since January, I loaded a query via Hello Peter. Their social media department was quick to respond that I would receive feedback and yet nothing has happened. <br> <br> Despite Tebogo's response that I would receive feedback from their billing department more than a week ago, their references ***1 (since 7 May) and SM116556 (since 8 June), I have not been contacted at all. In fact, I have subsequently received another invoice with the over-billing still taking place.When will this matter be satisfactorily resolved?<br> <br>
