Still no response from Telkom Mobile

<p>After writing a report on hello Peter last week. I still Hav no feedback or contact from telkom mobile. Very disappointed by the service. I am a loyal customer bt once my issue is resolved telkom mobile can be sure that they have lost me as a client. However I am certain that will mke no difference as we r just customers who pay expecting to get a service. For your ref my contract ********** 832 is due for an upgrade bt still no assistance even though it was Telkom that messed up
