Still no response after they said they are working on it!

<p>So a few weeks back I submitted a report on signal that is weak. And after more than a Month I am still waiting and they still did not come back with a report as to what they are doing of even if they are resolving it. But I can not think that they have resolved it as they were not hear yet. Service is PATHETIC !!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
