Still no response
I have previously reported this and had a reply promising feedback ( Ref.No. SM 131188). For now I can say: 3 calls to the call centre ( I am charged R 22.88 Vat for these calls) and a Hello Peter report has had no explanation to my query. Instead Telkom requests a customer report from me! For what? A service they never delivered but charged me for?<br> Telkom, my rating for your service is minus 500.
