STILL NO RESPONSE
Telkom gave me a reference no SM129381. I have tried calling your call centre over 10 times and keep getting placed on hold for over 15 minutes. Please can someone contact me to remove the pole that is going to collapse on my property. Telkom please sort this out!!!! What is the point giving a customer a reference number when no one bothers to follow up.
