still no response

<p>it has been over week now and i have not received any contact from telkom regarding my billing issue.</p> <p> </p> <p>i am highly disappointed in the service i have recieved.</p> <p> </p> <p>i have had my contract with you guys for 4 years and i must say that the past 4 months have been horrific.</p> <p> </p> <p>if i had known i would have never upgraded my contract. based on this experience alone i would not recommend telkom to any one as they are just full of stress and promises that are never kept.</p>
