Still no response

<p>I have complained about a month ago about my name now being blacklisted due to the incompetency of the Westwood store .. I was attempted to have been called literally ONCE. I could not answer in time because I was busy with a client at work. All they did was send me an sms from a computer so I can't even call back. The sms said that they tried calling me. & that was it!! No second try .. nothing! </p> <p>I'm wondering if they are so afraid to face the guilt of what they did. It's pathetic ! </p>
