STILL no response!

This is unacceptable!!! Our phone line is being used as part of a small business. For 2 months we have been reporting that our phone line isn't working, but nothing has been done. We have been promised 4 times that someone from the technical department will be sent out, but still nothing has happened. This is unacceptable, and I am disgusted by Telkom's lack of customer service. They simply do not care! </p>
