After countless calls with no resolution in sight, my rating of Telkom still stays on a 1. No phone call to my husband, no communication, nada.... we have to call all the time. Our account is totally messed up A payment of R468.00 still remains unallocated as is added o the bill. You are going to mess up his payment profile on itc through this nonsense.
