Still no feedback with regards to case that I logged A MONTH AGO!

Stay away from Telkom. There are much better ISP companies than them. Telkom are simply cash ***s.

Hazel from the Social media team asked for my case number, I gave it to her and never heard a reply since then. Its over a week now.

When I logged this case, they said 2-3 working days. It's now a month and still no response.

I've been paying every month and now my account has been suspended. They cannot give me a reason why.
