still no reply from Telkom to cancel my un-want service

<p>hi there, I have sent request to cancel Telkom service since 15 July, the social media has reply my email on 25 AUG, and we also have forward all relative documents to them again on the same day . then upon today there is no reply again. please kindly help me to forward my request to correct department again urgently to avoid carry on to pay fees to Telkom of those un want services.</p>
