Still no repairs - all promises

<p>Still no service from Telkom - how many times must I call them Fault 63CKR08/03/2017. They are atrocious</p> <p>Yesterday (27th March) I called as usual., A wonderful lady at Telkom Lelethu 971057 tried to help. She called the designated Technician named????? who says he will see to this line switch as soon as he is finished with his current repair. He will go to the exchange and try repair otherwise he will call to come to the house. Probably the most efficient staff member I have managed tos peak to the last month.</p> <p>Ok so this didn't happen.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today I call and speak to Sbahale expalin my situation - and ask to speak to a Manager . She very kindly lets me hold on and then says a lady called Larice van Wyk will call me back, Ao i leave my cel number nad a Neotel number . I have no hope however that anything will happen.</p>
