Still no repaired line!

We called Telkom on the 25th of January to report our broken phone line (completely dead, no dial tone, no Internet connectivity), and we have STILL not had this repaired, or any feedback. I called again on the 31st January, only to be told that a technician would come out when enough call outs had been logged for my area, which is ridiculous! We are paying for this service, which has been non existent for over two weeks now! <br> <br> <br> We desperately need this line sorted out - I am unemployed and it makes it impossible to search for and apply for jobs online, as well as for anyone to contact me on my land line. <br> <br> Please urgently advise???
