Still no refund. Since June 2019!

So sick of STILL being in the dark about my refund. I posted my previous complaint on Twitter and a women by the name of Maggie keeps telling me “someone will call you”! Don’t call me, just do the refund. I have been waiting SINCE JUNE! Come one Telkom, do the job and maybe you’ll gain some trust from your clients!
