Still no refund recieved.
I took out a telkom mobile contract for a samsung galaxy s8 plus on the 1st of august 2017, the money was taken from my account on the 2nd of august. By the 31st of august i still have not recieved the device so i cancelled the contract. Ever since ive been trying to get my refunf back. I do not get any response from them. Calling the call centre does not help at all. Its the 10 of november today!!! This is the worst service in South africa!!!!
