Still no refund or any assistance always getting a run around from agents

I have once again contacted telkom for my refund and once again they giving me a runaround ,the lady who was assisting me the. By the name of Andiswa Msweli has now also went quite and when I follow up on the case number she gave me im being told the case number is not for mobile so I cant get a refund, I was then asked to send my details again ,and this is probably for the 11th time since 2022 and everytime they tell me the same thing,I now sent my details again to a guy called Njabulo Dladla and I know tommorow he will also giving me another story ,I now dont have a case number or anything, if anyone knows if the ombudsman or lawyers can assist me please advise
