STILL NO PAID UP LETTER RECEIVED AFTER TWO WEEKS

I have been waiting over two weeks for my paid up letter.

Of which my account has been paid in full ages ago. Telkom has barely responded to my emails. The first response was received on the 11Th May and they informed me that they would attend to my matter and be in contact within 48 hours then there was no update after the 48 hours. No surprise there. I then emailed again and received a response that they need to investigate. Investigate what actually as they have all records on their system. Then I contacted the online support they said I would have to wait 7-14 possibly 21 days after I had been waiting for over two weeks with barely no feedback or updates from them.

If I could give this company a 0 rating I would their sevice is a disgrace.
