Still no one to repair a line fault!

Good day.. i am having a very serious problem with the MOST WORST COMPANY IN SOUTH AFRICA NAMELY TELKOM.. I have report my internet problem last week with promises made to me and still this morning i can not work on my internet. When we phone and report early this morning they said they with see that some one will come out TODAY.. SORRY NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR ME AS I AM RUNNING A BUSINESS FROM HOME. Ref 27 CTK030118.. I Have to buy and put 2 gig on another spare rooter. Is there any one that can come and help ASAP because i cannot wait till some one arrives here later today. Hope that TELKOM's services will drastically change in 2018 as there a millions unhappy clients .. If i am not getting improvement we will have to change to another RELIABLE company..
