Still no line installed for ADSL

Got a Telkom January deal R599 4Mb ADSL, still no technician to install the line, had an appointment set for Wednesday 28 Feb, no one called, I need to get this resolved ASAP or I am forced to cancel this unfulfilled contract.

Calling Telkom Shop Mall@Reds provides no joy, as they also only say they don't know when the line will be installed I have to wait.
