STILL NO LAP TOP

I recently had a Telkom and adsl line installed in our home. We choose the R 699 package which included the rooter instillation modem sim cards and Lap Top.<br> <br> The Instillation was completed and deliver of most the items last month but the lap top was never delivered. We have called in to the call centre 3 times and been informed some one will contact us with regard. The last call we made was on the 23rd of April and again informed a supervisor would contact us but still nothing. We don't know what else to do which is why we are resorting to using this site.<br> Our order number is ***
