Still no landline

<p>I ordered a land line from telkom on the 23rd of march and still no sign of any installation . How long does it take for them to come and do their job . Lady said she will phone me back to confirm everything ? But still nothing. Why do we always have to struggle to get a service ? Please telkom catch a wake up and do something about your customer services. </p>
