Still no joy from TELKOM

<p>I logged a review on Telkom and was subsequently contacted by them. After much deliberation it was confirmed that there is refund due to me. Upon my query on when i am going to receive my payment, the response was that they will advise me.</p> <p> </p> <p>To date i have not heard anything further from them. Despite the 2 emails i sent to the correspondent who initially contacted me. So... Telkom confirm that a credit / refund is due. But they are not giving me my money!!</p> <p>If i wasnt tied into a 2 year contract with TELKOM, They would surely not see my business again.</p> <p>I am telling eveyone i know about their terrible service and am actively discouraging people from entering into any form of service agreement with TELKOM!</p>
