Still no internet since 8 months!

Recently a line was installed at home in which i was later told theres no infrastructure for adsl which was fine, then i went to Telkom direct at gateway in which i opted to get the wcdma bundle. This was 4 weeks ago and am yet to get a response. calling the branch results in the phone being picked up and dropped if not waiting over 15min for the call to just drop. I'm really tired of dealing with telkom now. I'm not even a customer yet but your service has been outright ****. You obviously dont care bout getting new business.<br> <br> I shall be awaiting your swift response. Dont copy and paste generic replies which will be seen to weeks later. I need this resolved NOW!
