Still no internet service after 2 months

Since the beginning of December i am trying to get my internet working. I made about 10 calls to their technical department, without any luck. Today they even put the phone down in my ear, I also send two request to cancel my subscription so I can get another service provider, but i dont get any feedback on that either.<br> I am also also not prepared to pay a subscription for a service i dont have. I am sitting with my hands in my hair. I honestly dont know what to do anymore. My son needs the internet for his schoolwork and i need it for my work.<br> I just want to get another service provider. I cant go on like this.
