Still no internet or phones

<p>It's been weeks now and no joy with the phone lines. No internet, no phones. Some people can around a week ago to look and did nothing. Cancelling everything with Telkom. Why can this company not give any service??</p>

Hi, there is still no internet. Nobody has come back to me since last year. Why is the service so bad? Its been 3 MONTHS!!
