Still no installtion after 4 months !!

<p>4 months ago I paid for Telkom to come and instal internet at my flat. After realising there is a fault with the cable outside my falt, they havent come back to me about fixing the problem.</p> <p>Ive been calling weekly trying to get some help, but all they do is waste my time and not give me an answer as to how they will help me.</p> <p>this is very fustrating and and the worst part is that they dont even follow up to check on service. </p>
