STILL NO HELP FROM TELKOM MOBILE

Good Morning<br> I have been a loyal client of 8ta now Telkom Mobile for the past 6 years. And I am really disgusted with the service I have been receiving lately. What's the use of having a mobile contract if I can't even use my cellphone to make calls. The only calls I can make is from Telkom mobile to Telkom mobile. I am a Flight Engineer and I need to use my phone everyday, but with Telkom moblie the moment I pay my account they make it so that I can only phone Telkom numbers. I have complained and complained but to no avail. I will be taking my story to the newspapers and maybe I will get some results. I will also tell anybody who wants to sign up with Telkom mobile that they will waist their time because once you have a problem they go out of their way not to help you. I recently took out a contract for a tablet with Telkom mobile and since I did that I have been having problems with my cellphone account suddenly I can't phone other numbers except Telkom to Telkom. ***!! I don't even get my statement e-mailed to me anymore. Could someone please explain what the hell is going on!! I don't think I will renew my cellphone contract when it expires the end of this year.
