Still no help from Telkom

<p>After placing a complaint last week of still not being able to cancel my Telkom contract for 3 months - i received this response.</p> <p>'Good day.</p> <p>Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Our team will urgently follow up on this and advise.</p> <p>Thank you.</p> <p>Regards,<br /><br />Telkom Social Media Team.'</p> <p> </p> <p>I still have not received any further contact from telkom and still cannot get hold of anyone to cancel my contract.</p>
