Still no fix

Still no one resolves my issue. 7 months. Paying for a 4MB line and still only has a 2 MB line. After several complaints. 9 Hello peters. 40 Calls to call Centre. Got the phone put down in my ear by Management. 10 reference numbers. And still.....no one phones me. Or gets back to me. Or resolves my problem. Worst service ever! Telkom = Zuma #*******ion
