Still no feedback regarding upload speed issue

<p>I have complained about my poor upload speed from the first day I have received the Telkom rooter and internet. Two technicians have been here to 'solve' the problem, the last one was here on 24/6/2016 and promised feedback within 72hours. It has now been more than a week and I am yet to receive any feedback as to what will be done to solve this issue??</p>
