Still no feedback on cancellation of ADSL line

I have been trying to get someone from Telkom to tell me what is happening with the cancellation of my ADSL line from December 2014. I have sent through all the requested documents etc and to date STILL no response.<br> I have tried calling their call centre but I just get pushed from pillar to post IF someone actually answers the call.... I have over paid my last payment and I still have been cut off with no communication from Telkom.<br> <br> this is PATHETIC customer service where the client has to run after the supplier to get info and something to happen.
