Still no feedback from Telkom after a month yet I'm still paying for the service.

<p>In regards to the following query Ref: ********** 7 and Ref: AI ********** its been over a month now and I still have not received a single call from telkom in regards to my complaint, our antenna is still lying in my living room uninstalled. In the same period of time I've received 5 calls and several smses from Telkom consultants asking me to renew one of contracts that's expiring soon, I am currently paying for LTE that I am not receiving yet you want to sell me more products with such poor after sales support ? I am currently paying over R1200 every month for my Telkom contracts and have been very patient with Telkom despite all the poor service I've received I have reached my limits and with happily take my month elsewhere if this matter does not reach a resolution soon.</p>
