Still no feedback from Telkom
Got the below feedback to my complaint but I have yet to receive a resolution or even be phoned by Telkom.<br> It's been 3 working days... excluding the weekend. <br> <br> Just a reference number SM223339 that I already think is just for show.<br> I have to wonder if they will even bother to try and resolve my problem.<br> <br> Hello LFranke,<br> <br> Thank you for making contact with us.
