Still No feedback disgusted with the level of service

<p>Still waiting for telkom mobile to sort out my billing query and payment arrangement. this so called reputable company has no knowledge or know how about customer service. my line is still suspended after they have made a decution from my bank account. i can not commence with business. I would not refer this service anyone else. if this was vodacom or Mtn this would have been sorted out a long time ago. The only time telkom mobile will help is when you need a phone or contract. This should be in a newspaper or another media platform for something to be done. i want my phone line sorted out if they could email me on ********** i dont want a silly reply passing the buck on</p>
