Still no feedback

Hi,<br> <br> I wished to cancel my Telkom Mobile contract and went to the store to inquire the cancellation amount and was told I would need to pay an astronomical amount of R 19 400 (31 months *R 600 + R800 service charge)<br> <br> Upon opening a case number 167 498 62 with Zintle on 11 February 2014, I was told the back office will send me a cancellation quote.<br> <br> I phone again on 13th February and had a lady tell me my estimated cancellation fee was R 1987.5 but to wait for the call ticket.<br> <br> I phoned again today, 15th February and apparently they are \looking"into it.... It has been more than 72 hours and I still have not received feedback on what the cancellation amount is... surely it cannot be R 19 400 as that is ridiculous and against the CPA as a fair cancellation fee.<br> <br> This lack of service is exactly why i am cancelling my contract"
