Still no feedback.....

<p>I have been waiting for feedback for some time now regarding the slow LTE I have at home, you guys had someone come and test it and confirmed that it is extremely slow... I then received a call from a telkom representative advising me that they will be sending someone out within 28 Working days to come install external antenna's.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I ask the call centre I get told it is still with the network team and there is no updates whatsoever, now I would like to know when is this going to be resolved??? I am paying for this but don’t get what I am supposed to.</p> <p> </p> <p>Both ref numbers are: AI ********** - AI ********** </p> <p> </p> <p>Please get back to me as I am starting to get extremely frustrated and will take it further if I do not get an update within the next 5 working days.</p>
