Still no feedback
16 August I laid yet another complaint, got a paltry "we are looking into this urgently". Really? Its been how long and STILL no feedback?
I requested a report and BY LAW you are supposed to send it so where is my report?
Why must we threaten to take things further to get a job done? My complaint is ready to be sent to the NCC.
