Still no Feedback

I took out a contract with telkom mobile from Key west mall and was assisted by a lady by the name of Thuto Motaung. When taking the device i was assured that if telkom does not have reception in a specific area they roam of the MTN network which meant that i will always have reception. What they failed to disclose is that when roaming on the MTN network and somebody tries to Call you the call does not go through as it states that the number is not available on the MTN network. I logged this issue with telkom in November 2015 and still there has been no feedback or resolution to the issue as it stands telkom is debiting my account but yet they providing me with absolutely no service.
