Still No Feedback

I had captured a complaint about telkom in November regarding the amount that was on my bill. They responded and game me a reference number SM168097. Over a month has passed and I have received no feedback but they are kind enough to send me another SMS stating that my account is overdue and if not paid, they will disconnet the line and on top of that they still charing me interest for the amount outstanding.<br> <br> Telkom simply does not know how to do business!! This is disgusting service because this query has been running since September.<br>
